Customer Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any order through MySpaLive, LLC ("MySpaLive," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Customer Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the platform or place any order.

These Terms govern the relationship between MySpaLive and individual customers who access the platform through an authorized MySpaLive distributor. They are separate from and do not replace the Distributor Terms of Service, which govern distributor accounts.

To use MySpaLive's platform and purchase products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed healthcare professional, qualified researcher, or operate within an appropriately supervised professional framework as determined by your referring distributor
• Be referred and sponsored by an active, authorized MySpaLive distributor in good standing
• Reside in a jurisdiction where access to research compounds is lawful for your intended professional purpose
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during account registration and at checkout

MySpaLive reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

Your access to MySpaLive is facilitated through an authorized distributor. Your primary professional relationship is with that distributor, not with MySpaLive directly. MySpaLive acts solely as a fulfillment and platform service provider on behalf of your distributor.

Your distributor is responsible for:

• Verifying your professional qualifications and eligibility
• Ensuring you are operating within a compliant, supervised framework
• Providing any professional guidance or protocols associated with your research compounds

MySpaLive does not provide clinical guidance, medical advice, or professional oversight directly to customers. Any such guidance is solely the responsibility of your distributor.

An active $9.99/month Membership Discount Club fee is required to maintain ordering access on the MySpaLive platform. This fee covers:

• Customer service that actually answers — Reach a real person even after hours — and yes, we're usually available on weekends too. No bots, no runaround.

• Exclusive specials & free samples — Members-only flash sales, bonus samples, and limited-time offers you won't find anywhere else.

• News & product updates — Stay in the loop with industry news, restock alerts, and early access to new products before they go public.

The Membership Discount Club fee is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for periods already billed.

Fee Changes: MySpaLive reserves the right to increase the Membership Discount Club fee at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any fee increase via email or platform notification before the new rate takes effect. If you do not wish to accept the increased fee, you must cancel before the new rate takes effect. Continued use of the platform, or failure to cancel within the 30-day notice period, constitutes your acceptance of the increased fee beginning with the next billing cycle following that period.

Ordering:

• Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice
• All orders are subject to stock availability; delays may occur
• Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation
• MySpaLive reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including eligibility concerns, compliance issues, or stock limitations

Payment:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of order
• All prices are in USD; applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout
• By providing payment information, you authorize MySpaLive to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and service fees
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting MySpaLive support constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and civil liability for the chargeback amount plus fees

• Due to the nature of professional-grade research compounds, all sales are final once products have shipped
• Refunds may be issued solely at MySpaLive's discretion for orders that arrive materially damaged, are lost in transit, or contain demonstrably incorrect products
• Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with photographic documentation
• Monthly Membership Discount Club fees ($9.99/month) are non-refundable for periods already billed

ALL products sold by MySpaLive, LLC are designated as research chemicals intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and professional scientific experimentation. By purchasing, you expressly represent, warrant, and certify that:

• All products will be used solely for legitimate in vitro research, laboratory testing, or professional purposes within a licensed and supervised framework
• No products will be introduced into the human or animal body outside of an appropriately supervised and legally compliant professional framework
• You fully understand that these products are NOT FDA-approved drugs, cosmetics, foods, or dietary supplements and may not be represented as such
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use, handling, and possession of these products complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
• MySpaLive, LLC bears no responsibility for any harm, injury, adverse event, regulatory action, or legal consequence arising from any unauthorized or non-compliant use of these products

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, transfer, or redistribute any products purchased through the platform
• Misrepresent your professional credentials, license status, or qualifications to MySpaLive or your distributor
• Market or represent products as FDA-approved, safe for human consumption, or suitable for therapeutic use
• Use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose
• Share or transfer your account credentials to any third party
• Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYSPALIVE, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MYSPALIVE MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY PRODUCT INFORMATION OR RESEARCH DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYSPALIVE, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING:

• Any injury, illness, adverse reaction, or harm of any kind resulting from any use of products
• Any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Any regulatory, administrative, or legal penalties relating to your activities

MySpaLive's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the total fees paid by you to MySpaLive in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500.00).

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MySpaLive, LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of any product or service provided through the platform
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your misrepresentation of credentials, license status, or professional qualifications
• Any harm, injury, or adverse event resulting from products you purchased or used

MySpaLive may suspend or immediately terminate your account and platform access for any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct
• Non-payment of fees or subscription charges
• Termination or suspension of your sponsoring distributor's account
• Conduct that MySpaLive determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to its reputation, platform integrity, or regulatory standing

Upon termination, all fees previously paid are non-refundable and your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You irrevocably waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

MySpaLive reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform announcement. Your continued use of the platform following notice of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
