Kybella® (deoxycholic acid) is an FDA-approved injectable that permanently destroys fat cells under the chin, offering a non-surgical alternative to neck liposuction. The treatment uses a specific injection grid pattern — typically 20–30 small injections per session — to target the submental fat pad. Over 2–4 sessions spaced a month apart, patients see progressive fat reduction and a sharper jawline.
