If you don´t, you will see a button that says “Start my Online Medical Exam. And you can complete it there.

No, the discount will be applied and the minimum you have to pay for the treatment is 1 dollar, that means if your treatment was 200 and your discount is for 200, you get the discount of 199 dollars.
