You can find the patient or injector on your homepage under the ‘Pending Evaluation’ section. You can conclude it there.
You can access your pending evaluations on your homepage, where you’ll find a list of users who have a pending evaluation from an exam you previously conducted. Remember, users need to have the GFE to give or receive treatment.
On your homepage, you will see a section named ‘Pending Evaluations’ with a button to evaluate the pending exam. There, you can review all the questions and answers from the user and complete the evaluation by providing the GFE. Remember, this exam is mandatory for our users, and your role in providing and completing these exams is very important for MySpaLive.
In the side menu of your app, you will find a section named ‘Past Exams.’ There, you can see all the users for whom you previously issued the GFE certificate, along with the date of the exam and the certificate provided.
Make sure you have all notifications enabled by going to the ‘My Account’ section. Once there, click to view your information and scroll down to enable push, email, and text message notifications. Don’t forget to click the ‘Save’ button before leaving the page.
The user hasn’t been granted access to the app’s camera. Please ask them to start another call after going to their phone settings, locating MySpaLive, and enabling camera access.
Go to your side menu and click the ‘My Account’ button. Then, click on the ‘Services’ section, where you will see the services you currently offer, along with a ‘Weight Loss’ button. Click the ‘Apply’ option to submit your request to become a weight loss examiner.
