In most States a patient is required to have a Good Faith Examination. We provide this service to our patients. You must be examined by a NP or a PA before your actual treatment. You can do this online through our MySpaLive app. When completed, you will receive a 1 year certificate. The cost is only $39.00.
The registration is free. You only pay when you receive a treatment by one of our Injectors. Pick the place, time and date. We will assign an Certified Provider to come to you. It is that easy.
You can get cosmetic treatments with all the brand name neuromodulators available today. Download our MySpaLive app. We will come to your home or business, and do the treatment requested. You can securely pay through your app platform once the treatment has been completed. There is a $200.00 minimum for house calls.
